David Johnston, PhD:
Having successfully led a large global development team and a member of the executive team within a large multinational flavor company, research strategy and product development are second nature to Dr Johnston. He is particularly well acquainted with taste technologies, flavor chemistry, encapsulation technologies and food applications across the industry.
He is currently a non-executive board member of leading supplier of flavor ingredients and was Vice President of the European Flavor Association.
